There isn't much that's changed visually since the last release, other than the new font, but behind the scenes this is by far the largest release yet. You're really just going to have to look at the changelog to see the extent of it.

You can see the new toolbar, tooltips, and character masking mode (password mode) for edit boxes. Lots of other changes under the hood too, including improvements to the drawing code to eliminate flicker.
